Job Description

  • Duties/ Roles Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation : Conduct outbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers for solutions such as Warehouse Management and Maritime Solutions. Actively prospect for new business opportunities through multiple channels, including calls, emails, and online platforms Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and ensure seamless progression through the sales funnel.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and present, suitable solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long -term business growth. Address client inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to facilitate closures.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Reporting and CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity interactions in the CRM system. Track sales metrics and prepare reports to provide insights into performance and progress toward goals.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance our outreach strategies.
