Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Thane. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the achievement of sales targets while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, team performance, and operational efficiency to meet organizational goals. The role also involves gathering market insights, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Team leadership and staff performance management skills

- Proficiency in CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- Experience in the financial or NBFC sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is preferred
