Role Description

Precision Organics is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join its team in Mumbai,India. This on-site role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing relationships with existing accounts, and driving sales of our premium natural butter products. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, presenting solutions tailored to client needs, and representing the company at trade shows or industry events. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and expand market share.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, or specialty ingredients industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and clean-beauty industry trends and botanical-based ingredients is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for natural, sustainable, and clean-beauty products.
