Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive with a strong focus on cold calling and email marketing to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, writing persuasive emails, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell IT services and solutions.

Generate new leads through email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.

Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, calls, and email interactions.

Craft compelling email messages tailored to various industries and client needs.

Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and strategy.

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and leads converted.

Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

1- 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or email marketing (preferably in IT).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.

What We're Looking For:

Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, or tech products

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach is a bonus!

Proven track record in B2B sales.
