Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales for IT services and solutions within the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, references, and online platforms
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions/services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope and client requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle domestic clients professionally
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Sales / IT Business Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
