Zennsoft Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Recruiter – US Staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring, along with strong sourcing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial evaluations.
• Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Ensure timely candidate submissions and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  
  

Required Skills Experience

• Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring processes.
• Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for niche technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, AI, and Data.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of the US IT staffing market and recruitment practices.
