Job Summary:
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, along with a good understanding of the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Engineering requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate submissions.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering roles.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
- Good knowledge of the US staffing market.
