Responsibilities

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
