We are seeking a motivated Non IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates skills
