As an IT Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles and play a key role in building strong engineering teams. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, the ability to understand technical requirements quickly, and the agility to work in a startup environment where hiring speed and quality are equally important.

Requirements:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, engineering teams, and leadership to understand hiring needs and define the right candidate profiles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening discussions to evaluate candidate experience, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
- Drive fast and efficient hiring processes while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure proper documentation of candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of hands-on experience in IT/Tech recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for roles such as Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Full Stack Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Engineers.
- Proven ability to source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of modern technology stacks and software development roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work with hiring targets and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup, product company, or recruitment consulting firm.
- Experience hiring for engineering teams or product development roles.
