Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Engineering Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring engineering professionals across various domains such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker/ATS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in engineering or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing/IT/automotive/industrial domain recruitment.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
