Job Description – IT Recruiter (Work From Home) Position: IT Recruiter

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Experience: 1–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time / Freelance Recruitment

Education: Any Degree

Compensation

Performance-Based Earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ per successful closure

Note: This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Recruiters can earn attractive incentives based on successful candidate placements.

About The Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various IT positions.

This is a work-from-home opportunity suitable for recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to maximize their earnings through successful placements.

Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Personal Laptop/Desktop
  • Stable High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi Connection
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
  • Immediate joiners are preferred

Roles & Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing

  • Use the company's CRM and recruitment tools to identify suitable candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and networking.

Candidate Screening

  • Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews.
  • Assess technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit.

Shortlisting & Coordination

  • Shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.

Recruitment Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.
  • Track candidate progress and update recruitment status regularly.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Assist in salary discussions and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth offer rollout and candidate acceptance.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and joining formalities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Client Requirement Understanding

  • Analyze job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Identify suitable talent based on technical and non-technical criteria.
  • Deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
