Role Description This is a full-time, remote IT Recruiter (Target Based) role. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for IT and technology roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, using various platforms and tools to identify and engage qualified candidates, and aligning hiring efforts with client requirements and target-based goals. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical job specifications, provide market insights, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The IT Recruiter will track recruitment metrics, meet agreed hiring targets, and continuously improve sourcing strategies to support CareerBloc's commitment to performance and growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to successfully fill technology-focused roles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and candidate selection to evaluate technical and cultural fit effectively.
• Candidates should have experience working with target-based recruitment goals and using applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates should be able to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience recruiting for IT roles in an agency or corporate environment is an advantage.
