Required Skills

• 1 to 8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience working on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
• Knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices.
• Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
