Shift 7PM to 4 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven US NON IT Senior Recruiter to join our team in Goregaon East, Mumbai. This role focuses on sourcing top-tier talent for healthcare clients in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US recruitment, a good understanding of the healthcare domain, and excellent sourcing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US NON IT recruitment for healthcare clientssourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Work extensively with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with US-based Account Managers and clients during EST working hours.
• Keep track of submittals, interviews, and closures using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure all profiles are compliant with US hiring standards, including work authorization and healthcare industry norms.
• Stay updated with market trends, technologies, and healthcare domain updates.
