JobSummary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and contributing to our company's overall growth and success.

KeyResponsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings for various IT positions, ensuring they are well-written and aligned with company branding.
- Candidate Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future job openings, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and work together to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
- Excellent screening and interviewing abilities, with the capability to assess both technical and behavioral fit.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience hiring for niche IT roles such as Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, AI/ML, etc.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment and bulk hiring strategies for tech positions.
- Strong sourcing capabilities including Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnering directly with technical managers/leaders.
- Understanding compensation structures and salary benchmarking in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced IT consulting, staffing, or product companies.
- Exposure employer branding, recruitment marketing, and social hiring campaigns.
- Ability to create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc.) would be an added advantage.
