Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends in the industry.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media and professional networking sites for recruitment purposes.
