We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top IT talent to support our growing business needs. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the IT sector.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates that meet the qualifications for IT roles.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and progress.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
