Key Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in domestic contract staffing.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract roles in the IT domain.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity in recruitment practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work from the office, 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in IT recruitment for contract roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
