Analyst Procurement (Electronics)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare all required on demand, monthly, quarterly reports including YTD reports.
• Provide analytical support to the GTC, Category and Sourcing Teams.
• Educate and support the Procurement Team regarding IT Analytical Solutions.
• Provide Analytical support to the Sourcing and Category Teams.
• Support the GTC with Master Data analysis.
• Report and publish Procurement performance metrics
• Identify and analyse Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) elements.
• Provide price comparisons and support commodity benchmarks.
• Measures success of categories by tracking savings, diversity spend, and compliance to contract spend.
• Support category and sourcing teams to review status of progress against category plan.
• Collect commodity data to support the Strategic Sourcing and supplier selection process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
