Job Title: US IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2–5 years in US staffing

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment for US IT and Non-IT roles. Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with US employment standards and visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring: Own the complete recruitment cycle from requisition review to onboarding.
• Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches to pipeline IT (Cloud, Software, Data) and Non-IT (Finance, Healthcare, Admin) talent.
• Screening & Compliance: Evaluate candidate fit, pay expectations, and verify work authorization/tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, H1B).
• VMS & Collaboration: Partner with account managers and navigate VMS/MSP portals to track requirements.
• Closing: Negotiate pay/bill rates and handle offers and documentation.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in US staffing (handling both IT & Non-IT).
• Expertise: Strong command of US tax terms, visa types, and ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva).
• Skills: Excellent English communication and technical/functional sourcing aptitude.
