Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT positions using various recruiting platforms and tools.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology recruitment and the IT job market.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills required in the industry.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
