Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and closing IT positions. The role involves working closely with delivery teams and clients to fulfill technical hiring requirements within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End IT Recruitment
- Handle full-cycle IT recruitment from requirement understanding to offer closure
- Work on multiple technical positions simultaneously
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery targets
Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), databases, referrals, and social media
- Conduct initial technical screening and HR discussions
- Evaluate candidates on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit
Client & Hiring Manager Coordination
- Understand technical requirements and role expectations
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback
- Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining
Candidate Management
- Maintain strong candidate relationships
- Regular follow-ups until onboarding
- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies such as:
- Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, Testing, etc.
- Experience using job portals and Boolean search
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in staffing / consulting firms
- Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
- Knowledge of ATS tools and Excel reporting
