Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Non IT Recruiter - US. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Additional tasks include posting job openings, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring an efficient hiring process, and meeting recruitment targets aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end Hiring processes.
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting.
• Strong recruiting and talent sourcing skills, with an ability to identify top candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Hyderabad.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and workforce dynamics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
