Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to offer rollout, across technical and niche roles.
  • Usemodern sourcing strategies(LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray searches, social media platforms) to identify and engage top talent.
  • Closely collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Mentor junior recruiters by sharing best practices and helping them improve sourcing outcomes.
  • Track and improve key hiring metrics likeinterview ratios, screening quality, and offer-to-joiner conversions.
  • Deliver consistently as per our54321 recruitment benchmark:
  • 5 profiles shared
  • 4 client screens
  • 3 interviews
  • 2 offers
  • 1 joiner
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery to maintain Wroots standing as aTop 3 vendoracross all active clients.

Who Should Apply:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experiencein recruitment, preferably with exposure to technical hiring.
  • Proficiency in passive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean/X-ray search.
  • Good understanding of tech roles, industry terminology, and hiring workflows.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and open to growing into a leadership role.
  • Team-leading experience is a plus but not mandatory.
