About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. This role offers an opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers to identify and onboard top talent for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Learn and understand various IT technologies and roles.
• Support onboarding activities and recruitment operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers (0–1 year experience) are welcome to apply.
• Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and internet sourcing.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
