About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions — non-IT roles in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Administration, Manufacturing, Logistics, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering: Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and skill requirements.

2. Talent Sourcing: Identify candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

3. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.

4. Interview Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

5. Onboarding Support: Ensure seamless onboarding and follow-up with selected candidates.

6. Recruitment Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and databases.

7. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Key Skills Required

1. Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.

3. Bulk Hiring: Experience in mass hiring is an added advantage.

4. Job Portals: Familiarity with platforms like Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.

5. Target Orientation: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).

2. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.
