We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract staffing basis in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various sources
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates skills and fit for the role
• Negotiating and finalizing offers with candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment needs
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and preparing reports
• Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and contract staffing
• Strong understanding of the job market context of India
• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and HRMS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
