Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to find potential candidates.
Screening Resumes: Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company needs.
Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial screenings via phone, video, or in-person.
Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Understand job descriptions and hiring needs to find the right talent.
