Location: Remote (Initial)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days Working)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across various technologies.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on requirements from clients/implementing partners such as TCS, Hexaware, LTIMindtree, Coforge, Dexian, Quest Global, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time positions
• Work on IT requirements received from direct clients and implementation partners
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and work authorization
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate rates/salary and ensure smooth onboarding process
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS/recruitment trackers regularly
• Build strong relationships with consultants and vendors

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
• Experience working on technologies such as:
• Java / .Net
• QA / Automation
• Cloud / DevOps
• SAP / Data Engineering
• UI / Full Stack Development, etc.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing through:
• Dice
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Monster
• CareerBuilder, etc.
• Good understanding of visa types and work authorization in the US
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

• Hexaware
• Coforge
• Similar implementation partners
• Experience working in BFSI, Retail, or Engineering domains will be an added advantage
