IT Recruiter (Domestic)

Job Title : Domestic IT Recruiter.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

CTC: DOE

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore (Onsite/ Remote)

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.

• Sourcing the candidate through job portals like naukri and monster and also through network and reference.

• Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.

• Hands on Experience on Contract to Hire positions

Preferred candidate profile

• Earlier someone who has worked with Implementation Partners like Infosys and understands their process very well.

• Candidate who has worked extensively on Java and should have consulting background where they have more focus on Contracting

• Minimum 2 year Experience is must in IT recruitment.

• Must have experience in IT recruitment (Contract & Permanent staffing)

• Good knowledge in technologies.

• Must have worked on niche IT profiles.
