IT Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter, located in Jaipur. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and maintaining recruitment databases. The IT Recruiter will also proactively build a pipeline of suitable candidates for future roles and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
