Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Take part in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract potential candidates
- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with senior recruiters to learn and develop skills in recruitment strategies and techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus
