IT Recruiter ( 1-2 years EXP)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter, based in Jaipur. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, with a specific focus on sourcing and hiring top IT talent. Day-to-day tasks include job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet the company's staffing needs. The IT Recruiter will also be involved in creating and executing technical recruiting strategies to attract skilled candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting across various technical domains
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
