The ideal candidate will have 0.6 months -2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting talent in the IT sector, with a strong ability to understand technical job requirements and assess candidate suitability.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the needs of the team.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0.6months - 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
