Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Non-IT Recruiter (Target-Based). The role involves managing recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-IT roles. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment goals are met, follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, and achieve target-based recruitment objectives. Responsibilities also include maintaining candidate databases and meeting timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and candidate sourcing techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Target-driven with the ability to meet recruitment goals
• Organizational skills and the ability to work in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in non-IT recruitment is a plus
