Job Description

Standardized Title: Junior Recruiter (Non-IT)

About The Opportunity

We are a fast-moving talent solutions firm operating in the Recruitment & Staffing sector, focused on high-volume non-IT hiring across India. The team delivers end-to-end hiring services to clients across BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Sales, Operations, and Shared Services verticals using modern sourcing tools and target-driven processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and engage active and passive non-IT candidates using Boolean search, job boards, and social platforms to build a qualified pipeline against weekly targets.
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews to assess fit, prepare shortlists, and present candidate profiles to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage end-to-end candidate communication, and ensure a timely hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and update progress against target-based KPIs.
  • Close roles through managing offer processes and guiding candidates through onboarding formalities in partnership with HR/Operations.
  • Hit monthly recruitment targets and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing playbooks and outreach templates.
