Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates:Use job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms to find qualified IT professionals.
• Screening Resumes:Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conducting Interviews:Perform initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinating Recruitment Processes:Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Job Requirement Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements for open positions.
• Offer Negotiation:Facilitate salary discussions and extend offers to successful candidates.
• Maintaining Talent Pipelines:Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future roles.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
