Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in recruitment

Hands-on internship experience in recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, Strong stakeholder, and candidate management skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end recruitment process

-Source candidates through various channels

-Screen and shortlist resumes

-Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders

-Maintain accurate candidate database

-C2H Hiring Experience Required

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

Office location: Kudlu Gate (Novel Tech Park)
