Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates for niche and super-niche IT skills using ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting methods.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to match client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Work with both subcontracting and FTE recruitment models.
Demonstrate knowledge of GSI (Global Systems Integrator) accounts and processes
