Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management Fundamentals:
- Validate resource requests and manage the end-to-end staffing process, including candidate identification and presentation.
- Review capacity across capability areas and proactively rebalance resources to optimize utilization.
- Identify current and potential over/under-utilization and work with leadership to mitigate risks.
- Resolve staffing conflicts creatively, negotiating between projects and resources.
- Maintain accurate records and system updates relating to supply and demand.
- Monitor upcoming demand via opportunity pipelines to plan resourcing strategies.
Talent-Centric Approach:
- Understand and communicate the impact of resource allocation decisions on finances, client relationships, and skills development.
- Engage with employees to understand their skills, experience, and aspirations, matching them to the right opportunities.
- Facilitate onboarding and deployment of resources across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Support resource meetings and capture action items, facilitating issue and risk mitigation.
- Partner with leadership to implement process improvements in resource management, talent pipelining, and staffing efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between multiple teams to enable smooth resourcing operations.
