Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs.
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
● Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on feedback.
● Drive salary negotiations and close positions within defined timelines.
● Maintain candidate pipeline and talent database.
● Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding.
● Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Required Skills
● Few years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
● Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience hiring for IT / technical roles (preferred).
● Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
● Strong negotiation and closure skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with ATS tools.
● Exposure to campus hiring / lateral hiring.
● Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
