Technology->cross platform mobile development->React Native
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of React Native mobile application projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business and technical requirements, translating them into clear project plans and backlogs. 3. Coordinate and mentor React Native developers, designers, and QA teams, facilitating effective communication and removing delivery roadblocks. 4. Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and release plans; monitor progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies. 5. Ensure technical decisions and implementation approaches align with React Native best practices and long-term product vision. 6. Conduct regular status meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes. 7. Track and report project health using relevant metrics (e.g., velocity, defect rates, release readiness) to leadership and stakeholders. 8. Coordinate cross-platform mobile releases, ensuring smooth handoffs between development, testing, and deployment teams. 9. Manage change requests, assess impact on scope and timelines, and communicate trade-offs and decisions transparently. 10. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and learning-focused team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing around React Native and mobile development practice
- Project Management fundamentals
- Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.
- Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality.
- Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
- Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
