IT Business Development Executive / Manager-2.5 to 5 Years of Experience
Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Work Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Role Overview:
- This role involves handling the complete Business Development process from client acquisition to successful project handover entirely from scratch.
- We are seeking a driven and result-oriented IT Business Development Executive / Manager who can independently manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, with strong expertise in international lead generation and IT services sales across India, USA, UK, Europe, Germany and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate high-quality leads across India, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and German-speaking markets
- Acquire clients through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, referrals, and platforms like Crunchbase, Clutch, GoodFirms, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers
2. Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
- Communicate with global clients via calls, virtual meetings, emails, and chats
- Understand client business goals, project requirements, and expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
3. Proposal, Quotation & Cost Estimation
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Share accurate cost estimates, delivery timelines, and recommended technology stacks
- Ensure proposals align with client requirements and company capabilities
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms with international clients
- Close deals independently and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate contracts and agreements as per company policies
5. Project Handover & Internal Coordination
- Ensure clear and detailed project handover to the development team
- Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams
- Support project kickoff to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery
6. Business Travel (If Required)
- Business travel may be required for client meetings or professional engagements
- Travel, accommodation, and safety arrangements will be fully managed by the company
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Working proficiency in German language is required
- Proven experience in international IT lead generation
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, bidding platforms, Crunchbase, Clutch, GoodFirms, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities independently
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales
- Prior experience handling India, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and German-speaking markets is mandatory
