We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Lead Generation Intern to support our growth efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential clients, craft compelling outreach messages, create content, and help build our brand presence across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will learn and execute real-world marketing strategies from day one.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and build targeted prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
Draft and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and messages to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
Write, edit, and publish blog posts and long-form content that reflects our brand voice and targets our ideal audience.
Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X) to grow engagement and followers.
Pitch and share creative campaign ideas to improve brand awareness, lead quality, and audience reach.
Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, and report on key metrics such as response rates and lead conversion.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up sequences to nurture leads.
Research industry trends, competitors, and target segments to continuously refine messaging and outreach strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills — you can write clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking and outreach platform.
Self-starter attitude — able to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming and experimenting with new ideas.
Basic understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
