Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of Information Systems (IS) initiatives, working closely with experienced project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. You will help bring structure, transparency, and momentum to projects while continuing to build your capabilities in IS project management.
You will support the selection and application of appropriate delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), maintain project artifacts, track progress, and help ensure that delivery activities align with agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations. This role is well suited for someone motivated to grow into larger project ownership over time within a global IS environment.

You will be mainly accountable forbut not limited to initiatives relatedto:
Supporting the planning, scheduling, and coordination of IS project activities to deliver outcomes within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
Developing and maintaining core project documentation, including scope, schedules, RAID logs, change logs, and communication plans.
Tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and supporting timely escalation and resolution.
Supporting stakeholder communication, status reporting, and lessons learned to promote delivery transparency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the role
Foundational experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles within IT or Information Systems environments.
Ability to structure work, maintain accurate project documentation, and track progress against plans.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English and comfort working with globally distributed, multicultural teams.
Motivation to learn, grow, and progressively take on greater responsibility in IS project delivery.
