Role Overview
As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs, managing global stakeholders, distributed teams, and complex delivery landscapes. You will be responsible for program governance, execution excellence, and business value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and transformation programs
- Manage global stakeholders across regions (Europe/US/APAC) and ensure alignment
- Own project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery timelines
- Drive program governance, risk management, and escalation handling
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams across FICO, MM, SD, and integration streams
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Activate / Waterfall methodologies as applicable
- Track KPIs, milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Manage vendor coordination and client communication at leadership level
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation (mandatory)
- Strong track record of managing global SAP programs / multi-country rollouts
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, SAP Activate, Waterfall)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience handling large teams and cross-functional delivery models
- Strong understanding of SAP functional domains (FICO/MM/SD basics)
Global Experience (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience working with international clients and distributed teams
- Exposure to multi-country deployments, localization, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage time-zone-based delivery and global governance structures
Good to Have
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification
- Experience in RISE with SAP / Cloud transformations
- Background in consulting organizations or system integrators
