Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Surat. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets. Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Additionally, proactive problem-solving and ensuring compliance with internal processes are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Design, Development, QA, sales).
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed reports
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage change requests and scope variations effectively
• Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools
• Facilitate smooth handover and post-delivery support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 4 years as a Project Manager in IT/Web/Mobile App Development
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with clients from India and abroad
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Prince2 certification is preferred
• Excellent command over project management tools
