Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Co-Founder with Investment role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. In this capacity, the Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in business strategy development, partnership building, and investment structuring to secure and grow the company's capabilities. Responsibilities include driving sales and marketing strategies, leading investor relations, conducting industry research, and ensuring the adoption of innovative processes in operations. As a key decision-maker, you will help steer the company towards long-term growth while working collaboratively with the founding team to innovate within the sustainable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market trends, assess opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning
• Proven Communication skills to build and maintain partnerships, foster team collaboration, and engage with stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop growth strategies and drive business goals
• Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate challenges, take risks, and implement innovative solutions
• Industry experience in renewable energy or recycling is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with investment practices and financial modeling is highly desirable
• A degree or relevant experience in business, finance, management, or related fields is advantageous
