We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through voice communication, ensuring a positive customer experience while addressing their needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls effectively and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers to enhance their experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain call logs and report issues to the management team.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of international calling processes and protocols.
